TOTAL SYSTEM MANUFACTURING “STREET” ● ● ● ●
TO “RACE” ( In the pursuit of front row of the grid lap times ).
1 . # 503316 – 2J : Above kit – Precisely Camber (& Caster) adjustable. . Simply replaces the Front upper / inner wishbone bushes FAST FIT – WITHOUT ARM REMOVAL. No special tools – bush extraction tool supplied. With the security of retaining the existing OEM arms (not welded / fabricated).
Up to 1.5 degrees Positive or Negative Camber change. More than enough to resolve most costly, premature edge tire wear issues, along with improving traction.
2 . # 502816 – K . US$ 480 : Track Days / Performance ( or “Extra” adjustment), Not the Top Arm but the 4 Front Lower Arm, main (highest wearing) suspension bushings.
Precise single wrench adjustable. Up to 1.5 degrees Pos. or Neg.Camber (plus race days extra 40mm track width). While the forward facing thrust arm bushings (Caster) are also Mono ball / 2 axis. Significantly improving brake and steering response. KMAC design has more than twice the load bearing / impact area of steel spherical bearings that soon pound out.
3 . # 502226 – K . US$ 480 : “Rear Camber” (and extra Toe to compensate for the new rear Camber facility). Up to 1.5 degrees Pos. or Neg. Replacing the “Lower Arm” inner bushings for Camber. Therefore allowing to retain important “top of tire to outer fender clearance” when wanting to reduce costly, premature inner edge tire wear. KMAC patented design allows precise single wrench adjustment, accurately (under load) direct on alignment rack. Race days – can easily adjust to fine tune settings and up to 35mm extra track width.
.
CAMBER:
ALLOWS TO ADJUST TIRE CONTACT ANGLES. ESSENTIAL FOR MORE EVEN TIRE WEAR TRACTION, ALSO ADJUSTING FOR UNDERSTEER OR OVERSTEER.
.
CASTER:
Allowing to adjust, increase Positive Caster to reduce dive, lift under brake and acceleration. Improve high speed directional control, Better turn in, Correctly resolve steering pull.
CAMBER :
ALLOWS TO ADJUST TIRE CONTACT ANGLES. ESSENTIAL FOR MORE EVEN TIRE WEAR TRACTION, ALSO ADJUSTING FOR UNDERSTEER OR OVERSTEER.
Note :
KMAC unique design – Single wrench, precisely adjustable. Accurately under load, direct on alignment rack.
CASTER :
Allowing to adjust, increase Positive Caster to reduce dive, lift under brake and acceleration. Improve high speed directional control, Better turn in, Correctly resolve steering pull.

LATEST 2023 Series – Don’t be sold Substitutes ….
FRONT AND REAR KITS FINALLY RESTORING ONGOING ADJUSTMENT FOR OTHER THEN SHOWROOM HEIGHT CONDITIONS – DAY TO DAY COMMUTING – Encountering high cambered roads, altered height / wheel squat through load carrying or lowering, fitting wide profile tires/wheels, worn bushings or curb knock damage. Correctly resolving steering pull.
KMAC SYSTEM REVOLUTIONIZING HOW ADJUSTMENT IS MADE – now no more (what has plagued the industry for more than 40 years) – the labour and time consuming need each time an alignment change is required – the removal of bushings and the inaccurate trial and error repositioning to a new setting.
ON TRACK DAYS : ABILITY TO DIAL IN “EXTRA NEGATIVE CAMBER” TO SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE UNDERSTEER, in the pursuit of hitting those corner apexes every time and allowing to go deeper into the corners with increased traction and braking response. With the result of further lowering lap times in the quest for front row of the grid on race days!
*ALSO SEE COMPLETE RANGE OF KMAC REAR BUSHINGS – CAMBER (AND EXTRA TOE) ADJUSTABLE. Also precise single wrench on car accurately under load – Moving bottom of tire inwards ( or out for extra track width ), unlike rear upper Camber arms that are difficult to access / adjust and need to reduce important clearance “top of tire to outer fender” when wanting to reduce premature inner edge tire wear.
● ● ● ● ALONG WITH POPULAR “UPRATED” BUSHING KIT FOR THE ‘6’ MULTI LINK REAR ARMS. Tauter response – Less twitch / flex, loss of traction. Especially when applying power to lane change / overtake.
