Majority of today’s autos even exotic BMW ’M’ Series or Mercedes AMG there is no Front and Rear Camber and Caster adjustment to resolve costly, premature, edge, tire wear / improve traction by allowing to spread load more evenly. Excess edge load can also lead to ruptured side walls and rim damage! The often quoted / reassuring “FULL FRONT & REAR 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT” – is in actual fact only Toe (directional) adjustment. Excess Toe merely transfers wear position – and actually increases overall wear rate.

Whatever type of car you drive it’s inevitable that at some time you will have experienced the problem of excessive or uneven tire wear which can sometimes be as a result of your wheels coming out of their perfect alignment due to failure of one or more parts – but sometimes these days, the original equipment manufacturers simply just don’t do a good enough job. Either way, if you have experienced this and taken steps to have the problem rectified, it’s probable that you have only had a toe in/toe out adjustment which ultimately fails to offer a long-term solution.

Wheels that are out of alignment also compromise the safety and handling of a vehicle and to this end, ensuring the correct caster and camber of your wheels can significantly improve the handling, performance and economy of the vehicle. In general terms a positive caster will enhance straight line handling and also make upgrade your cornering ability.
