    FEATURES / WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM KMAC : Simply replaces the existing Strut Top Mounts (no modifications). STAGE 2 (STREET / RACE) have “Extra H/Duty” self align spherical bearings (Teflon lined). Encased in elastomer to extend life / day to day commuting. Then specially designed OEM diameter aluminum Top Coil seats (included also seats for all popular brands of Coil overs 60-70mm I.D). with minimum stack height that mount on “separate” thrust bearings (also massive 3 ⅜” / 85mm diameter) for steering loads, prevent spring drag, binding.
    KMAC mounts are not steel or soft billet alloy, but the ultimate very highest, aircraft 7075 grade aluminum for strength and reinforcing the strut towers. Along with unique KMAC patented design providing the “biggest” (and quickest) adjustment system of “both Camber and Caster”. Fast accurate (under load) from engine bay direct on the alignment rack.
    RESULT : Finally providing adjustment for other then “showroom height” conditions. High cambered roads, altered height, wide profile tires, curb knock damage. The capability to resolve costly premature edge tire wear also correctly fix steering pull. Along with ability to improve traction, understeer/oversteer.

    Bushes feature twice the load bearing area of OEM and where applicable are 2 Axis / Self aligning – (without the use of air voids). Result is significantly improved brake and steering response. The Camber, Caster and Toe bushings are also precisely adjustable (unique KMAC patented design – single wrench on car – accurately under load direct on alignment rack). With the “Camber” bushings providing also “extra” track width (and negative adjustment to further reduce understeer) on race days.
    NOTE: THE ABOVE KMAC unique design “MONOBALL / 2 Axis / Self Aligning bushes” “two and a half times” the load bearing / impact area of OEM (also in comparison to the often used small sized “steel spherical bearings” – that with their wafer thin Teflon liners soon pound out).
    OTHER BRANDS replace OEM rubber bushes with urethane to eliminate the soft rubber, oil and air voids in the endeavour to improve brake and steering response. Problem here is that with today’s Auto’s multi link suspension arms and different mount angles, this inhibits arms travelling through their required arcs which can cause even more (not less) wheel tramp / loss of traction with arms binding, locking up and while can lead to arm breakage !
